Milk Thistle Extract is made from a tall herb with prickly leaves and a “milky” sap that is indigenous to Europe. It acts as an antioxidant by reducing free radical production in the body and this is believed to create a detoxifying effect. It has also been shown to reduce insulin resistance and cholesterol. It also helps reduce and repair the damage to the liver caused by alcohol, a high fat diet and many prescription medicines.
Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients.
