ACETYL-L-CARNITINE is an acetylated form of L-carnitine which is naturally produced in the liver and kidneys. It may enhance the transport of fatty acids into and out of the mitochondria. ALC is often used for athletic performance since it enhances energy production in every cell of the body and improves energy metabolism of neurons and other cells.
Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule once or twice daily, with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. If you have Liver / Kidney disease and /or seizure disorder consult your healthcare provider prior to use. Do not use if sensitive / allergic to any of the ingredients
