Mag Phos is the biochemic tissue salt traditionally used as an anti-spasmodic. Mag Phos tissue salt is used to support the relief of muscle pains, muscular cramps, spasms, menstrual pain and cramps, stiff muscles, and back pain.
Dissolve 1-2 tablets under the tongue 3 times daily.
May be taken half hourly in acute conditions.
