Traditionally Valerian and Passionflower have been used to help in times of restlessness and anxiety.
Dosage and directions for use:
One tablet three times daily after food. Can increase to two tablets three times a day, or two tablets before bedtime.

If you are sensitive to any of the ingredients you should not take this product. Passiflora extract has been known to cause hypersensitivity. Stop taking this product if any adverse reaction occurs.
