Nat Mur is the biochemic tissue salt traditionally known as the water-distributing tissue salt used to help relieve conditions characterised by excess moisture or excess dryness in the body. Recommended for use at the onset of a runny nose, watery skin eruptions, watery or dry stools.
Dissolve 1-2 tablets under the tongue 3 times daily.
May be taken half hourly in acute conditions.
